A student of ours called Gracie came to us as a newly qualified Level 2 apprentice, and during her Level 3 became second in charge of the toddler room, progressing to being the room leader. She has now completed her Level 3 and is moving onto her Level 5 in order to gain more leadership skills. Another former student, Fran, moved into a second in charge role whilst completing her Level 3 qualification, and has now progressed to working at a school focused on supporting children with special educational needs.

Even whilst completing your apprenticeship, if your colleagues notice potential and you put the hard work in, you can move into new roles. You don’t need to wait until you’re fully qualified to progress!
